360° sustainable tulle
- To power production lines and operational structures we have been using, since 2011, the energy generated by our photovoltaic system (in the process of being upgraded to soon reach 300 kW)
- We supply water from our internal well
- We only purchase raw materials and materials from controlled suppliers who guarantee quality, traceability and sustainability
- We are Oeko Tex Standard 100 and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified, using pre and post consumer recycled yarns
- All the chemical products used are in line with Reach, ZDHC and in step with the new regulations
- Latest generation production lines optimize the use of resources, reducing the environmental footprint to the minimum
- Staff actively contribute to making production and logistics processes more efficient and to avoid waste
- The fume extractor is equipped with an electrostatic filter with water backwash to minimize emissions
- The waste water is reintroduced into circulation only after having been completely filtered from the residues deriving from industrial processes through our activated sludge biological purifier.
- To ensure compliance with the parameters set for discharge into the sewer, in addition to the pH alteration detector which signals any anomalies, our technicians carry out frequent laboratory tests to analyze the quality of the water.
